can I expect
my order?
Domestic orders
are normally
received in
5-9 business
days.
I need to cancel my order.
Order cancelations must be made withing 12 hours of the time they are placed or by 7:00am mountain time of the following
day, whichever comes first.
When is the best time to place an order so I can receive it quickly?
Sunday night. Orders placed toward the end of the business week may take extra non-business days for us to process
and the postal service to deliver. Orders placed Sunday night are processed first thing Monday morning.
Is
it secure to
order from
your site,
I don't like
using my credit
card online?
Our checkout
procedure is
very secure.
It is far more
likely that
your card info
will be stolen
from your own
trash or even
a restaurant
than from our
site. One way
to be sure
your info is
secure is to
check your
address
bar when you
submit your
info. If you
see "https"
rather than
"http"
that extra
"s" at the end
means secure.
Our cart is 128 bit encripted, we have NEVER been hacked.
At
the time of
checkout it
states "shipping
cost is estimated"
how do I know
what it will
actually be?
A standard
charge of $5.00
is added to
every order
to cover the
base cost of
shipping and
handling and
increases with
the cost of
your order.
If your order
contains an
item(s) that
is quite heavy
we recalculate
the charges
and email you
before your
order is shipped.
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes we ship
all over the
world. It is
recommended
(if your country
allows it)
to insure your
order. You
will be
emailed with
the additional
costs before
it is shipped.
A non-insured
international
order is shipped
at your
own risk. If
it is lost
en route, Atlantis
Herbs will
not be held
responsible
and you will
still be charged. International orders
shipped "Priority Mail" will automatically be insured for the following amounts at no extra charge.

Are international orders treated any different than domestic ones?
Yes. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, it will simply not be included in the order. You
will not have the opportunity to replace the item with another. A new shipping total will be
emailed to you. If your order contains an item that may cause you to cancel your order if this
item is out of stock or discontinued you must notify us at the time the order is placed, otherwise
the order will go out "as is" without the out of stock item.
This also pertains to the shipping cost. International orders can be very expensive to ship.
If you have a shipping cost "cap"( i.e., if my shipping cost is over $50.00 cancel my order) we
must be notified at the time the order is placed, otherwise you will be responsible for all
additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the additional charges by email.
Cancellations are not allowed if the above terms are not met.
How
long does it
take to receive
an international
order?
Normally, 10-14
business days, sometimes
longer due
to customs
restrictions
and the content
of your order.
Can
I pay extra
to have my
order shipped
overnight?
Unfortunately
not. Until
we become the
next Amazon
we have a delay
between processing
and shipping.
The best we
can do at the
moment is 5-9
business days
(and that's
not bad).
What
if an item
is out of stock
or has been
discontinued?
We have a 5%
out of stock
ratio which
is pretty good,
but unfortunately
it does happen.
If an item
is out
of stock or
has been discontinued
by the manufacturer
and we have
not deleted
it from our
site yet, you
will be emailed
and have the
option of sending
what we do
have in stock
and the remaining
item(s)
when it becomes
available, wait until all items are back in stock and send all at once or
deleting the out of stock items altogether.
I've
been waiting
forever for
an out of stock
item, when
will I get
it?
If your item
is out of stock
by the manufacturer
(which is most
likely the
case) they
are backordered
and are having
difficulty
filling their
own orders,
or can't produce
the item due
to any number
of reasons.
We don't forget
you...ever!
You will receive
your item as
soon as we
can get it. Some manufacturers have been
known to be out of stock on some items for as long as 6 months.
We never give up until your receive your items.
What
is your return
policy?
If, for whatever
reason, you
are dissatisfied
with your purchase
you can return
it to us within
30 days
for a full
refund, less
shipping and
handling.
Why
don't you offer
free shipping?
We do not inflate
our prices
to accommodate
the offset
of offering
free shipping.
Most of our
items are
quite expensive
to ship and
we simply could
not afford
to offer free
shipping.
Do
you sell wholesale?
Unfortunately
not. At this
time we are
retail only.
Can
I get a catalog
of all your
items?
We are putting
together a
print catalog.
